To be able to fully support your business and meet Our Service obligations, Your technology needs to meet a certain standard.

The aim of this list is to only have hardware and software in your business to make operation as smooth and secure as possible.

If Your systems do not meet the Minimum Standards in before Your Agreement start date We will work with you on a plan to bring your Systems up to the Minimum Standards.

If an item requiring support does not meet our Minimum Standards, it will be at our sole discretion whether we charge at regular rates, set out in our Rates Schedule. We may also, at Our sole discretion decline to support the item entirely.

We may update this list from time to time to keep best practices in place.

 

Servers

The server needs to be under warranty by the manufacturer, run a supported operating system and be properly licensed.

 

Laptops & Desktops

The laptop or desktop needs to be under warranty by the manufacturer. The operating system must be supported and if Windows must be the Pro version or higher.

 

Software

All software must be fully licensed and supported by the provider.

 

Disallowed Software List

This list shows all of the software that will be actively searched for and removed from any of the Computers or Devices covered by this Agreement.

We take our role as your IT department seriously. As such, we reserve the right to remove any application, script, or file that we or our tools perceive as a risk.

This list may change over the time we work together

No P2P or file-sharing software (Limewire, Bittorrent, etc…)

System tune-up and driver update utilities (Slimware, Iolo, Ashampoo, etc…)

Third-party anti-virus or security products (AVG, MalwareBytes, etc…)

Remote access software (TeamViewer, GoToMyPC, LogMeIn, etc…)
