Helpdesk & Support
We know that work isn’t the only thing in life. We can be flexible with hours, and this can either be a part- or full-time position.
The duties for this position will include:
- Dealing with Software and Hardware issues
- Network setup
- Remote support via phone and remote control session
- Onsite support for both residential and business customers
- Reviewing and actioning alerts from our monitoring systems
Skills we are looking for:
- While previous customer service experience is a bonus, we are looking for someone that genuinely cares about each customer.
- excellent IT skills
- previous experience in a technician role is necessary
- Experience with Microsoft 365 would be beneficial
- An understanding of RMM and PSA software
- organizational skills
- the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- full NZ driver license
Daniel was amazing and fixed/upgraded my computer super fast. Was really helpful and answered all my questions. Was also really patient with my thrown together rig and made it all tidy and looking new again. Will definitely be using and recommending his services in the future!!
